Cycling Tono
There are so many great cycling and walking courses that show you all that the Tono region has to offer – courses that take you through Tono’s lush natural surroundings, or other courses where you can see all the tourist spots Tono has to offer. Here we show you some courses where you can experience first-hand the blend of tourism and nature that southern Iwate has to offer.
Rental Bicycles
There are so many great cycling and walking courses that show you all that the Tono region has to offer – courses that take you through Tono’s lush natural surroundings, or other courses where you can see all the tourist spots Tono has to offer. Here we show you some courses where you can experience first-hand the blend of tourism and nature that southern Iwate has to offer.
Rental cycles are generally available from April to November.
Rental cycles won’t be available during winter (December ~ March), and may sometimes be not available based on road or weather conditions.

＊You may rent a bicycle between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm. Our store is open until 5:30 pm, but bicycle rentals end at 5:00 pm.
＊Discount/If you stay at a hotel, youth hostel, or some other place of lodging within Tono City, please inform our staff. We give a discount to customers who stay at Tono City lodging facilities.
